Analytics Dashboard

Overview

The Analytics page provides visual dashboards to help you understand your pharmacy's patterns and performance. Use these charts to identify trends, monitor inventory health, and see which medications have the highest activity.

Time Period Selection

At the top of the page, you can select the time range for your data:

• 7 Days
• 30 Days
• 90 Days

Click Refresh to update all charts with the most recent data.

Available Charts

Inventory Status Overview

A breakdown showing the percentage of your inventory that is:

• In Stock — Products above the minimum stock level (displays as a percentage with a green checkmark icon)
• Reorder Needed — Products at or below the reorder threshold (displays as a percentage with a yellow warning icon)
• Sold Out — Products with zero stock (displays as a percentage with a red X icon)

A donut chart visualizes the distribution, with the total number of products displayed in the center.

Transaction Trends

A line or bar chart showing the volume of receipts, dispenses, and adjustments over time. You can view data for:

• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 90 days

The chart displays receipts in one color and dispenses in another, making it easy to compare activity patterns. The totals for receipts and dispenses in the selected period are shown in the top-right corner of the chart.

Top Dispensed Items

A ranking of your most dispensed products by quantity in the selected time period. This helps you identify your highest volume medications.

The chart displays product names with NDC numbers and shows horizontal bars representing the quantity dispensed.

Top Received Items

A ranking of your most received products by quantity. Use this alongside the Top Dispensed chart to ensure your ordering matches your dispensing patterns.
