Navigating the Dashboard

An overview of the C2 Vault dashboard and how to find key features.

Overview

The dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a quick snapshot of your pharmacy's activity for the day and provides access to all key features.

What You'll See

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, cards show key numbers at a glance:

  • Products — Total number of items in your inventory.
  • Received Today — Total units received from wholesalers today.
  • Dispensed Today — Total units dispensed to patients today.

Upcoming Reminders

Shows reminders you've created that are due today or soon, such as cycle counts, reconciliations, or follow-ups on expired returns.

Recent Activity

The last 8 transactions for most recent activities done, showing the item name, NDC number, quantity adjusted, and a timestamp.

Complete Your Account Setup

If your pharmacy profile is incomplete, a banner will prompt you to finish entering regulatory information such as your DEA number, NCPDP, and license details.

Setup Checklist

If you're still setting up your account, this section tracks your progress through the following steps:

  1. Complete Pharmacy Details — Add your DEA number, license, and NCPDP for compliance.
  2. Add Team Members — Invite pharmacists and technicians to your team.
  3. Review & Verify — Confirm all information is accurate before recording transactions.

The checklist disappears once all steps are completed.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar on the left gives you access to every section of the app:

User Menu

In the top-right corner, you'll see your name and a profile icon. Click it to:

  • View your profile
  • Switch to another user
  • Log out

Alerts Badge

If there are active alerts (such as low stock warnings or expiration notices), a red badge with a number will appear next to the Alerts section in the sidebar.

Switch User

At the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, click Switch User to log in as a different staff member without logging out of the pharmacy account.
