Logging In

How the two-step login process works in C2 Vault.

Overview

C2 Vault uses a two-step login process to ensure that all system activity is tied to a specific authorized staff member.

Each transaction, adjustment, and action within the Application is associated with an individual user for accountability and audit tracking.

Step 1: Pharmacy Account Login

  1. Navigate to app.c2vault.com/login.
  2. Enter the pharmacy account email address and password created during registration.
  3. Click Login.

This login authenticates the pharmacy-level account.

Note

If the email address has not been verified, login access will be restricted until verification is completed.

Step 2: Select Your User Profile

After successful pharmacy login:

  1. Enter your assigned initials (2–5 uppercase letters).
  2. Enter your individual user password.
  3. Click Login.

Your initials are chosen when your user profile is created. They function as your login ID.

Each staff member logs in under their own user profile.

All transactions you create — including receipts, dispenses, and adjustments — are permanently tagged with your initials in the Activity Log.

This ensures accountability and audit traceability.

First-Time Staff Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  • You may be required to set a password.
  • Create a secure password before continuing.

Password requirements are defined by your pharmacy administrator.

Switching Users

To switch to a different staff member without logging out of the pharmacy account, you may use either method below:

Option 1: Quick Switch (Recommended)

  1. Click Switch User in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Enter the initials and password of the appropriate staff member.
  3. Click Login.

Option 2: From the User Menu

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Switch User from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the initials and password of the appropriate staff member.

You will be returned to the dashboard under the selected user profile.

Each staff member must log in using their own assigned initials and password.

All receipts, dispenses, adjustments, and system activity are permanently associated with the currently logged-in user to preserve audit integrity and regulatory accountability.

Compliance Reminder

For compliance purposes, login credentials should never be shared.
