How to resolve common login problems.

I Forgot the Pharmacy Account Password

The pharmacy account password is the email/password used to log in at the first step.

  1. Go to app.c2vault.com/login.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the pharmacy account email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.

I Forgot My Staff Password

Your staff password is the one you use after selecting your name on the user selection screen. You cannot reset this yourself.

  1. Ask your pharmacy administrator to go to the Users page.
  2. They will click Reset Password on your account and set a new temporary password.
  3. Use the temporary password to log in. You will be asked to create a new password immediately.

I Am Seeing "User Not Found"

This means your staff account may have been deactivated or not yet created. Contact your pharmacy administrator to check your account status.

I Am Locked Out

If your pharmacy administrator is unavailable and you cannot access the system, contact C2 Vault support at support@c2vault.com with your pharmacy name and the email address associated with the pharmacy account.
