How to resolve common login problems.
I Forgot the Pharmacy Account Password
The pharmacy account password is the email/password used to log in at the first step.
- Go to app.c2vault.com/login.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the pharmacy account email address.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
I Forgot My Staff Password
Your staff password is the one you use after selecting your name on the user selection screen. You cannot reset this yourself.
- Ask your pharmacy administrator to go to the Users page.
- They will click Reset Password on your account and set a new temporary password.
- Use the temporary password to log in. You will be asked to create a new password immediately.
I Am Seeing "User Not Found"
This means your staff account may have been deactivated or not yet created. Contact your pharmacy administrator to check your account status.
I Am Locked Out
If your pharmacy administrator is unavailable and you cannot access the system, contact C2 Vault support at support@c2vault.com with your pharmacy name and the email address associated with the pharmacy account.
