How to view your account details and change your password.

Viewing Your Profile

Go to Settings > My Profile to see your account information:

Full Name — Your first and last name (read-only; ask an Admin to update this from the Users page).
Initials / Login ID — The initials you use to log in (read-only).

Changing Your Password

Go to Settings > My Profile.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 4 characters).
Click Save.

Your new password takes effect immediately. Use it the next time you log in.

Why Initials and Name Are Read-Only

Your name and initials are tied to your audit trail. To prevent confusion in compliance records, only an Admin can update your name from the Users page. Initials cannot be changed after account creation.
