Pharmacy Settings

How to update your pharmacy name, address, and other details.

Pharmacy Info

Go to Settings > Pharmacy Info to view and edit your pharmacy's basic information:

Legal Name — Your pharmacy's registered name.
DBA Name — Your "doing business as" name (optional).
Address — Street address, city, state, and zip code.
Phone Number — Your main contact number.
NPI — Your National Provider Identifier (read-only; contact support to change).
Pharmacy Type — Independent or Chain Location.
Timezone — Controls the timestamps shown throughout the app.

Legal & Compliance

Go to Settings > Legal & Compliance to manage your regulatory information. See DEA and License Management for details.

Who Can Edit

Only users with the Admin role can edit pharmacy and compliance settings. Non-admin users can view these settings but will see a notice that editing is restricted.
