Subscription & Billing
How to manage your subscription plan and payment method.
Viewing Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing to see:
- Current Plan — Monthly or Yearly.
- Status — Trial, Active, Past Due, Canceled, or Expired.
- Trial / Renewal Date — When your trial ends or your subscription renews.
- Days Remaining — How many days until the next billing event.
This tab is only visible to users with the Admin role.
Plans

Both plans include full access to all C2 Vault features.
Managing Your Payment
Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card).
- View past invoices.
- Switch between Monthly and Yearly plans.
- Cancel your subscription.
Subscription Alerts
C2 Vault generates alerts for subscription-related events:
- Trial ending — Your free trial is about to expire.
- Past due — There is a payment issue that needs attention.
- Expiring — Your subscription is about to expire.
